Let's get intouch.

There are a few ways to reach me, and each one has a lane it works best in. This page is just me pointing you to the right door so your message actually lands where it needs to.

Honestly? The fastest way to reach me is to catch me live and say hi in chat. But for everything else, here's where it all goes.

The fastest hello

Catch me in chat

If I'm live, I'm right there. Chat is the fastest way to get a quick answer, and I love shooting the breeze while we play. Come hang out, ask a question, or just lurk in the shadows. However you're here, you're welcome.

Jump in

Chat is encouraged

Say hi, drop a question, share a reaction. Engaging in chat is genuinely welcome, that back-and-forth is half of what makes the stream fun.

Quick stuff

A command away

Need a link, a video, or a fast answer to something? I'll reply as I go, or fire off a command that points you right to it.

Keep it fun

Business? Let's take it below

The live stream is the escape from real-life stuff, for me as much as for everyone watching. So if you've got something in depth, like a partnership or sponsor details, I'd genuinely love to hear it, just through one of the doors below where I can give it real attention.

One heads-up

I run solo

I stream solo and don't bring guest audio onto the broadcast, so co-streaming is always going to be a no from me. I'll save us both the time and say that warmly up front. Nothing personal, it just keeps stream time about the hang.

For the community

Community & Discord tickets

Community questions, reports, sponsor pitches, and anything that needs my team? We handle those through a ticket system in our Discord. It routes your message to whichever mod is around, so it never gets stuck waiting on just me.

How tickets work

Open a ticket in the server

Inside the Discord there's a #create-ticket channel. Pick what your ticket is about from the dropdown (general support, reporting a user, a bug, Hytale), fill in the details it asks for, and a private channel opens just between you and our team.

That private space is yours. Other community members can't see it. You can add more detail there, and drop in screenshots if it helps us sort things out (super handy for user reports). We'll jump in and reply when we're able, check you're all squared away, and then close it out.

Step 1

Head to #create-ticket

Find the channel in the Tickets section of the server.

Step 2

Pick your topic

Use the dropdown to choose what it's about, then fill in the prompts.

Step 3

Your private channel opens

Add any extra detail or screenshots. Only you and the team see it.

Step 4

We handle it, then close

We reply when we can, make sure you're good, and close the ticket.

Heads up on joining: the Discord is application-only now. You apply, answer a few quick questions, and agree to the rules. It's nothing scary, it just keeps bots and solicitors out so the space stays safe and friendly. Once you're in, the ticket panel is right there waiting.

For business & developers

Business & developer inquiries

Studios, brands, and developers: email is the front door. Send me a note and we'll take it from there.

Email me

The business inbox

For partnerships, brand deals, and anything commercial, reach me by email. If you're a developer looking at a sponsored stream with promotional rights and a real campaign, pop "Developer Sponsorship" in the subject line and tell me a bit about your studio and project so we can dig in.

Rate details are available on request, so just ask in your email and I'll send them over.

Why work with me

If you want the fuller picture of what it looks like to partner with me as a livestream creator, my Work With Me page lays it out. And if you'd like to see what I've already done with devs and brands, past campaigns live on the Collaborations page.

Snail mail

Send something by mail

Want to send a letter, a gift, or something for the stream? That's incredibly kind. There's just one important rule that makes it all work, so please read this bit first.

Give me a heads-up before you send anything. I use a mail service and I don't check the box constantly, so a quick message first (a Discord ticket or an email) lets me know to watch for your package. Without that heads-up, I may not even know it's coming, and my mail service may decline the package on my behalf. So please, tell me first.

Please don't

No perishables, no homemade food or drink, and nothing that needs a signature I might miss. It's the same rule every creator follows, purely a safety thing. Please don't be offended, it's never personal.

Totally welcome

Letters, art, cards, and sealed, store-bought, non-perishable goodies are always a joy to open. Pack anything fragile well so it survives the trip.

No promises on timing

I love everything the community sends, but between the schedule and the mail service, it can take me a while to get to a package or open it on stream. It's always appreciated, just never expected.

The easiest hello is just showing up

However you reach out, thanks for wanting to. And if you're not sure which door to pick, come catch a stream or hop in the Discord. That's where all the good stuff starts anyway.
